Sakeshi was born from a simple inspiration — to be Singapore’s Salmon House, serving the freshest salmon every day through the art of Japanese cuisine. From our silky salmon sashimi and hearty donburi to our signature Salmon Collagen Soup, slow-brothed for six hours without MSG, every dish is crafted to nourish both body and soul. We believe great food should also be good for you — salmon is naturally rich in protein and Omega-3, and our collagen soup is made with care for those who value health and longevity. We also serve Okinawa’s Shikuwasa juice, long believed to be a key to the remarkable longevity of Okinawan people, who live in one of the world’s famed Blue Zones.
